Products
Kinetic Wardrobe sells print-on-demand apparel, mainly t-shirts with original sports-inspired graphics. Designs are printed after you order by Printful in the United States. Product images are for illustration, and colors may look slightly different on your screen. Kinetic Wardrobe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any professional, college, or amateur sports team, league, athlete, or governing body.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is added when required. If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Cancellations
Email us with your order number. If production has not started, we can cancel the order and refund it in full. Once production or shipment has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and the Returns & Refunds Policy applies after delivery. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we refund the amount paid.
Shipping
United States: $6.99 per order, 3–7 business days to print, then 7–10 business days in transit. International destinations available at checkout: $12.99 per order, 3–7 business days to print, then 10–14 business days in transit. The fee is charged once per order and shown at checkout before you pay. These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we do not ship there. Duties and local taxes outside the United States are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns and refunds
For orders delivered in the United States, you may return defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, in new condition for non-defective items. Exchanges are not accepted. Returns are by mail with a free download-and-print label. There is no restocking fee. After we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund within 10 days. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for mail returns; damaged, incorrect, or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery as described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds go to the original payment method processed by Stripe. The product price is refunded. The outbound shipping fee of $6.99 is refunded when the return is due to our error, including a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. For a non-defective return, the outbound shipping fee is not refunded.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or place orders with a payment method you are not authorized to use.
Intellectual property
The Kinetic Wardrobe name, logo, site content, and original graphics are owned by Garbarini LLC or used with permission. Buying a shirt does not transfer ownership of the design.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not remove rights that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Consumers keep any mandatory rights under the law of their place of residence.
